I have been going to this vet for many years but I am getting ready to make a change because I'm tired of Extremely Rude front desk girl. I mentioned it to another employee who told me that the young girl is rude to everyone and lots of customers complain about that employee. She is about 20 with dark hair. I am surprised that Sandy puts up with that. Very unprofessional young lady!

I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. Their equipment is in good shape and the clinic is very clean. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. Their prices were within reason and I've had to spend more at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. They are very calm and understanding. I know they really care about their patients.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. When I had to leave my pet here in overnight care I was so worried but they always called with follow-ups exactly as promised and even called more times than they said they would. They truly care about each of the animals that come into the hospital and treat them as all if they were their own. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
