The Doctors are great. But the staff are a joke. If you needs papers filled out for F.M.L.A. or insurance expect to be charged 50 dollars for the service. Trying to get medical records sent to insurance companies or even trying to get them yourself. Forget about it. I have been trying to get either one for two weeks and still waiting. I will not be using this office ever again. I will tell my physician to refer me any place else but here.

I had surgery for a complete tear to my right rotator cuff on January 23. Dr. Howell was extremely professional and did a great job. He made me feel as though I had some control over my medical decisions instead of making me feel as though everything was out of my control. He and the surgical staff all explained everything they were and would be doing and were very kind. The staff and facility at Conway Regional were super, and the people at Conway Ortho have been nothing but great! I am into week three of my physical therapy, and the pt says I have excellent range of motion, already. Hopefully I won't ever need surgery again, but if I do, I will definitely use Dr. Howell and his clinic again. Definitely would recommend them to anybody.

I have been impressed with your facility and staff. I'm just sorry Dr. Dodge is not a GP. Dr. Dodge has informed me of my options and has taken the time to address my concerns. I would not hesitate to come back as needed for treatment.

Dr. Dodge and his staff all performed very well. He was always attentive and interested in making sure I understood every phase of the operation, and the recovery/rehabilitation process. After 5 or 6 months, I hardly give my hip a thought except that I have not regained complete flexibility compared to my other hip, but it is certainly not a problem for me.

Dr. Smith was very professional and took the time to answer my questions and tell me my options. I felt comfortable and confident with the surgery. He was recommended to me and I was pleased with the outcome. His nurse was also very helpful and willing to answer my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Smith and staff to others.

Front desk personel, nurse, nurse practitioner and physician were all very courteous. Could not have ask for better service. Physician was very friendly and took his time in answering all questions.

My sign in and wait time was very short. Also the nurse and Dr. Smith were right on time, so my wait in the exam room was brief. Dr. Smith explained the results of my MRI in a way that I was able to understand. He did not seem rushed and made sure I understood the treatment he was recommending. I was given a shot in my shoulder for the pain and it has given me relief immediately. I plan to go back to see if he can help with my knee pain. Everyone was very pleasant and professional at the same time.

My appointment was at 11:30,but Dr Bennett was still in surgery.I was in extreme pain in both my knees due to bone on bone in both knees.The staff said i could be seen that day if i could return,which i did because of the pain.I did not mind because i like Dr Bennett and his staff.Later that day at 5 they worked me in and i recieved my shots.As always Amanda was very helpful,pleasant and good company.Dr Bennett gave me my injections although he and Amanda had already had a full day.I have always been treated with care and compassion and would recommend them to anyone as i plan on continuing to recieve shots and possible futher surgery in the future.
