Our family knows how demanding and overwhelming it is to place a loved one in a long term nursing facility. Repeatedly this facility respond's to individual alarms and care for the needs of all individual's. Its an never-ending and ongoing demanding reasonably for all employees. Our family would like to take a moment to thank the staff at River Terrace for its ongoing companionate and exceptional care our Mom has received over the last several years. The staff has made a effort to get to know her intimately and respond exactly to what her needs are at this point of her life. It does our hearts good when she talks about her CNA' s as part of her extended family. Our family is grateful for the respect and kindness that is shown to our Mother and to all that live with her on the reflection unit and for the support that has been offered to our family over the years to all of us.

I have been extremely happy with the care my Mom has received at River Terrace. The staff of the Reflections Unit is caring and devoted to their residents. They know every nuance of their patients and can spot something out of the ordinary immediately. I am always informed of any changes going on with Mom as soon as they happen. Any questions I may have are answered to my satisfaction even if additional professionals need to be brought in to provide information.

The administrative staff provides strong emotional support for the family during the tough times of decision making.Their guidance has been invaluable to me. They address any concerns quickly and with care and work with me to find the right answers for Mom.

I work in a school system and have contact with a large amount staff members. Many of us have family members in nursing homes for various reasons. Some of the horrible things I hear that happen to their family at other nursing homes makes my skin crawl. I feel very lucky to have found River Terrace.

Like most elderly, my Mom always said she did not want to go to a nursing home so it was a very tough decision. The warm, homey, loving atmosphere of the Reflections Unit has made my Mom thrive. She is happy and content and her health has improved greatly. I have great peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of.

Thank you for the tender loving care that you provide for mom on a daily basis. We are very grateful for the love and professional care that you give to mom. By mom getting the care she deserves we are now provided with the strength to put our energies with the enjoyment of being with mom and going out for outings~ and most important celebrating the wonderful mother she is. It has been a great relief after many months of searching to finally have found the homey and loving atmosphere of the Reflections unit at Kindred/River Terrace. Brenda
