The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Their prices were pretty average, I've had to spend more at other places, but it can still put quite a dent in a senior's fixed income Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.

No, but there was a little grass outside the office so it was fine
