I took my newly adopted dog to this veterinarian for a dental that was paid for by the animal shelter I adopted my dog from. It was a 50-mile drive one way from where I live, but since it was already scheduled and free, I drove 200 miles that day to have my dog's teeth examined and cleaned. There was no veterinarian there when I dropped my dog off at the scheduled time in the morning, and no vet when I picked her up at the time I was told to pick her up, well before closing time. I asked the staff what had been done and no one knew for sure, but apparently some teeth were pulled. I did not get a receipt or any documentation of anything, just some generic post-dental instructions regarding anesthesia. I asked that the veterinarian call me. She never did, so I sent a message via the company website. She then called early Saturday morning and left a message. She did not say which teeth were pulled or why. I never got a call from her following the procedure, and still do not know which teeth were pulled or why, or anything about the condition of my dog's teeth and mouth other than what my regular veterinarian has told me. This is very substandard care. It doesn't matter that the dog came from a shelter or that the shelter paid for the procedure. I should have received a call at minimum following the procedure and some kind of written documentation.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen
Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
