It is obvious that this man loves animals and informs you of everything he does, and that you should do, because he wants you to be able to take good care of them. He feels like a good and trustworthy friend.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I have 3 animals that I take to this clinic and all have been treated with love and dignity. I have never had a problem getting an emergency appointment and their prices are fair. Dr. R will not give shots that are not needed nor do procedures just for the sake of making a buck. I am very pleased with this offive.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once.
