Wait, wait, wait. I asked for service for my dog, and they forgot. Uncooperative. Don't seem to care about me, as a pet owner, trying to do my best.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and are very knowledgeable about each brand provided. Every time I pick up medication they always have what I'm looking for and have never been out-of-stock. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

This place went from warm and welcoming to completely unprofessional and down right rude. A few years ago my family and I started using AVS as our main vet. Why? The staff and prices were wonderful, and always willing to work with you if you have a low income at the time. Lately however the staff has went down the loo. Tonight however put the nail in the coffin when they flat out refused to help my sister with her cat. The staff was rude not only to them, but to each other. Unprofessional and unacceptable. A vet hospital is supposed to offer help to those who need it for their animals, they should not be giving their customers rudeness and bickering. Who gives antibiotics for a spinal injury? I will be looking at other vets.
