DR. Grinsell and Dr. Sara have taken care of my dogs from the early 1970's they and their staff have provided wonderful care for me and my dogs... Their facility has my highest recommendation... Thanks

I (each of my little dogs) have been patients of Dr. Sara as well as Dr. Grinsell for more than 20 years. They have saved my little ones more more than once. They have many years of experience between the two of them and truly have compassion for the pets. They give you the best option of treatment for your pets and when the bad days are more than the good days, they are truly sorry for your loss. I could not ask for a better place to take my four-legged children.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
