The wait was very, very long and I recall the receptionist being uninterested about her job. The staff inside was nice though. My daughter was very nervous and they were able to calm her down. I also had two other children, one being a baby, and a hygentist offered to hold her for me so I could be with my other two children. I find it is very difficult to get in for an appt though.
