The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Dr. Jean was and is amazing in dealing with my kitties both the healthy and the ill. Dr. Jean was the first vet that I found to give me amazing information and explanation of lab results and was amazing in dealing with my very sick three year old Bengal. I will continue to go here and recommend others to see Dr. Jean and the wonderful staff at Glacial Ridge!!
