They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice.
