Their staff is very friendly and professional. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
