Terrible bedside manner from Dr. Kim Witalis. She didn't even introduce herself. Had to look at recent to find out her name. thankfully she only works PT (per web site). Not very caring or gentle with my dog. Will give them another chance but will request another doctor next time.

Prices are decent.

I have been a regular at Covedale Pet Hospital for years. They are wonderful. Recently, our dog fell ill while my husband and I were at work. They allowed my teenage son to bring him in to have him looked at. They were so kind and helpful. They called me at work to let me know he would be all right. They are the ONLY vet for me and my family!!!

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed.
