These folks are friendly and concerned. They diagnosed my cat quickly and gave me alternatives. He had surgery on his ear. They treated him well and the surgeon called to discuss pain management and antibiotics the morning of the surgery. They even have a senior discount which I appreciate! They take emergencies, and saw Lucky the same day I called. I wouldn't go anywhere else for Lucky.
