Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

I've taken all my cats to Dr. Piccone since I moved into the area 20+ years ago. They never postpone my appointment, and always try to get me in as soon as possible. I feel that they really value my pets' health and happiness. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust, but they provide the number of an emergency vet. Dr. Piccone and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and pay attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. They even sent sympathy card when my 17 year old husky springer mix passed away I am a little behind on my Tootsie's vet visits but would recomend this vet to any one.
