The place is a bad joke. They diagnosed me with Pleurisy and gave me some pills. Then they sent me home. I was back two days later, they diagnosed me shingles. Not a rash, red spot, or numb on me. Again, gave me pills and sent me home. The following day I was admitted to a real hospital where I spent 5 days in ICU and 5 additional days in the hospital. I had acute bacterial meningitis with sepsis. Spent the next 6 weeks on antibiotics 24/7. Timber Ridge almost killed me with their incompetent employees. They will be sued out of business at this rate.

I brought my friend and her 3 year old son in to emergency room because they were both burnt by boiling water we were greeted and taken back immediately for treatment. I can't say enough about the one nurse who was very helpful kind and understanding to all their needs very compassionate. BUT there was this other nurse which I wish I got her name was the total opposite of compassionate at one point when she was giving the baby a pain shot he had moved and she said Shxt hold him down and gave him shot again and my friend after her pain shotbecame nausea and was vomitting and had anxiety attack and the nurse did give her something for it but then continued to discuss discharge with us I expressed that I was not comfortable bringing them home while she was in this state and she expressed you can stay for a bit but if I need this bed you have to go. Who says this to a patient we came for treatment and as far as I concerned that still needed treatment. The other nurse who was very compassionate told me not to worry and leave when I felt comfortable enough to take them home. This nurse should get a raise the other one maybe needs to think about a career change

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

I love this place. I go out of my way to get treated there. They have an excellent staff. The atmosphere is professional and the people are compassionate.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
