I saw this doctor in 2007 before I went to Ghana. I was prescribed Larium as a malaria prophylaxis, which I never should have been prescribed because I had a history of anxiety issues. I just called to see if they could verify that I had the yellow fever vaccine in 2007, and was told they don't keep records on patients that long. Horribly poor service!
