I got the appointment in January for April 2nd week, when I reached there 5 minutes late, but the doctor (Erica Robinson) refused to see me. I waited 4 months that's so unfair, I told the lady in the front desk I can wait all day for her but she didn't help either. I had 9 months baby with me I took 2 buses to go there. They treat people based on the color and religion.

The receptionists are very condescending, especially if you are not black or hispanic. As a white female they never fail to make me feel like I am an "intruder" to "their" facility. Customer Service is a clear imposition to them. They will leave you waiting for over 10 minutes to simply sign you in, only then to have the nerve to tell you that you're 10 minutes late!

The care of the doctors is highly dependent on which doctor you are assigned. I've experienced the spectrum from "excellent" to "the-worst-in-my-life", there.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but I know they are very busy and I did not mind the little time I had to wait. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They always return my phone calls before the end of the day. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
