Was the only person in waiting room and sat there for 10 minutes. Then taken into a room and waited another 10 minutes for the vet to arrive.

My dog had come in for a hot spot, it got worse and worse even after my vet visit it wouldn't heal. Weeks go by and I go back. They take her into the back, look, give me a different antibiotic and ointment, over and over. It wouldnt heal because her wound had gotten MRSA from the vet. My poor dog was in a cone for months and months because they're rooms look clean but apparently aren't sanitary.
If you listen closely through the exam room doors sometimes you can hear the techs talking badly about pets and pet parents who are difficult.
I don't really trust them to give my dog the best care when I'm not around. But they're the clinic that's in the area.
If you have a choice- don't come here.

Girls at the front desk were nice, but I waited a long time and was the only person in the waiting room... I think there was only 1 doctor in the place. Dr was nice enough, but didnt seem to believe me when I told him what symptoms my dog was having...saying he "hears/sees nothing wrong" which was odd bc the girls at the desk noticed the same thing wrong with my dog as i did at home :/

Worst part! My dog has an allergic reaction to the shot he gave- I called the office at 5:01 and no one picked up! I know they were in there, but didnt care...had to rush my dog to All Friends for an emergency cortisone and Benadryl shots AND pay an extra $100 all bc they wouldn't pick up!

I wouldn't ever go here again - their prices are cheap - but I'd rather pay the extra any place else and get better service.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need
