It wasn't too bad, but I'm not sure I got my money's worth.
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service
Does this veterinarian send reminder cards for your pets annual check-up?
Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
Is food and water always available for your pet at this veterinarian's office?
They'll get it for you, but you have to ask several times before they actually do it

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

I take my little "Cadee" to Dr. Kepple for her skin problems (and next door to Dr. Broadwater for her eye issues). WIthin 2-3 days her skin problem started to clear up and she was finally able to sleep thru the night. What a difference Dr. Kepple, Dr. Broadwater and staff have made! They amaze me how professional, yet down-to-earth they all are. The drs, office staff and everyone knows Cadee's history and her meds. WIthout them I don't know what we would have ever done. The truly care about the Cadee and her "family". Thank you, all.
