The nurses are awesome. However, the doctors do not listen and dismiss your concerns.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very angry and frustrated. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far one of the worst I have ever seen. I will never return.A supervising Dr. hid his name tag. Issues that brought me to even be at the clinic was NEVER dealt with and no answers were given. So I can be rushed to 2 hospitals, have hundreds of dollars in all kind of tests done, tests can come back showing that there is somethings going on and walk out without having ANY of the issues being dealt with. That "supervsing" Dr tried and (failed to make out that it was a panic attack)---what-- the tests and other doctors did not find that so. Horrid Care! Total lack of respect for a patient. Absolutely needs sanctions.

I started going here shortly after I found out that not only was I pregnant (around 20w!!), but I was high risk to boot. The doctors and all the nurses always made me feel comfortable, that no question was to silly, and put my nerves at ease. They treated me so well, I take my daughter there for all her well baby visits.
Then when my husband got a horrible abscess under his arm that wouldn't heal, not only did they find the cause (a rare genetic skin condition); they brought in a specialist to the office so we wouldn't have to drive all the way to Cleveland. We where not expecting that. Through all the treatments, surgeries and ongoing recovery, everyone treated/is treating us w/ the dignity and respect you'd hope to find in medical staff, but often don't get.
These are the kinds of doctors I would follow just about anywhere if money where no object. I can't think of a single time I've had anything to complain about (aside from other patients, LOL). To say I've very pleased with them is an understatement.
