One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my
entire day.
