They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. Comments made by the tech was un-needed. told my daughter to hush during appt. i have told several people to NEVER go here. its worth paying a little extra at other places. not to mention my prints were done at costco. Horrible!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.
