I had an emergency that required help as quickly as possible, so I drove myself to the Minden Medical Emergency Room. From the time I entered the facility I was warmly greeted and treated with respect. I must say that this was the second time I had to go to the emergency room and both times ended just great. The doctor and nurses treated me very well and helped alleviate the pain I was suffering. I apologize that I lost the paper with the doctor and nurses names who treated me, but I'm so thankful for all their help. It's great to know you don't have to drive to Bossier or Shreveport for good medical help anymore! Man, what a relief. Thank you Minden Emergency Room Care for all that you do. D. Thomas.

I went to Minden Emergency Care yesterday afternoon I had severe back pain . I’m not from here I ‘am from Illinois and went to the wrong Urgent Care . The Nurses were Excellent couldn’t be better . I had a UTI and that is pretty painful . I saw a Attending Caregiver of the name Ouimet , Adam C . When he walked in the room he judged me , I’m so far from a drug seeker and that hurts bad that the doctor didn’t relieve my pain because he thought I was drug seeking since I came from Carson City to !inden . That is just lack of knowledge. I did not ask for any pain medication he just said that , I only wanted to know am I gonna be okay . Yes Attending Caregiver “ Doctor “ Ouimet , Adam C . I think he should work on judging everyone .

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
I was very ill and the staff's first interest was making me comfortable. Very short wait time and when I got into a room the staff were very attentative and interested in my comfort. The doctor was both compassionate and thourough. I was confident when leaving that I understood my condition and I was on my way to recovery. I enjoyed receiving care here and will most definately utilize this facility if needed again the future.

An absolute JOY to deal with! Have been there 4 times with an accident prone daughter and staff has always been friendly and professional. No longer have to go to emergency room and wait 8 hours for service. We are in and out in a matter of just over an hour. LOVE this place for emergencies!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
