Actually, the canned questions do not apply to competency. After examining my pet, they still just could not see or know what was going on. His eye is infected. They decided it COULD be a loose tooth. They worked up charges to be over a thousand dollars to extract an already loose tooth. They don't even have the in-house ability for the x-rays, but put a charge for them anyway. After 128 dollars, I walked out with nothing different than when I walked in except for an angry pet. They merely shrugged when I asked if there was an eye scratch and said they 'couldn't see enough to tell' even though they stained the eye. Ouch.
Tooth extraction from a dentist is less expensive and the care more competent. now I have to find another vet and start over. All they want to do is sell you a wellness insurance plan. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
