Went in for an appointment after a long hiatus do to terrible bed side manner. I figured I'd try again because it's hard to find open facilities due to COVID 19. Man, wish I hadn't. Dr. Flannagan is abrupt with her patients and severely lacks people skills. She kept rushing me through the various eye charts, and I literally didn't even have a chance to read the entire line before she would move me to the next one. When I asked her to slow down, she suggested that I find another doctor because I didn't agree with her assessment. I tried to explain it wasn't that I didn't agree, but that I she was moving along so fast I wasn't given time to process what was happening. I really didn't even know I was supposed to read the chart with the the uncovered eye! I was struggling to look through the eye that had the machine over it, thinking I had to wait for my covered eye to focus through that lens. She didn't explain anything, just said my left eye was much weaker than my right eye. When I told her I didn't have a chance to test correctly, she asked me to leave and find a different doctor! I asked her if she meant for me not to return, and also for the rest of my family who are her patients. She said she thought that was best because I didn't agree with her professional assessment. I told her she would be receiving a negative review and she said it didn't matter to her. I also told her I wouldn't be paying for the service she didn't complete and she said, "of course not". She literally threw me out of her office! Man! Rude and apathetic! Do not waste your time or money there. I'm still in shock over the total lack of professionalism and customer care.

No, the optometrist had very advanced equipment for a pain free experience

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The chairs in this optometrist’s waiting room weren’t really anything to rave about, they looked pretty cheap and were slightly uncomfortable. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
