I had arranged with Kathy to drop off our 2 dogs for boarding (both of which she has been treating for years). I was quoted a price of $22 per dog per day. To her credit she arranged for one of her workers to meet me on a Sunday morning as she was there to walk other boarding dogs. I dropped the dogs off at 9:00 am and picked them up the next day at 2:00 pm. expecting a bill for $44. to my shock I was presented a bill for $203.50 I discovered that one of the dogs was given 79.50 worth of various treatments that we were never contacted about or consented to plus a boarding fee that somehow increased to $31 per dog per day. The final boarding charges were $124. since the dogs were there for 29 hours apparently they considered the extra 5 hours a full day. so what started out as $22 per dog became $62. I find this type of deceptive billing outrageous and unethical. I will have nothing further to do with this business and can only say BUYER BEWARE.

Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care
Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her?
Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
