I've never had problems before, but 3 days ago was the first time I've used Dr Beech in a long time. I had my dog nuetured there 3 days ago and when I dropped him off I wasn't given much info, they never called me to let me know how he was doing or if he had woken up. I had to call them to find out he was awake and ready to go 9 hours after I had dropped him off. I had to pry information out of them about how much medicine to give him when. They told me not to let him lick which if you have a male dog you know that keeping him from licking hos stuff even without it hurting is impossible so I tried to get one of those collar cone things to keep him from licking and was told just try to keep him from licking and to call if I needed a cone, well they are closed on the weekend so I have to go to another vet and buy a cone. I feel like they shaved him way more than neccissary, he has razor burn bumps from being shaved and that itches and makes him want to lick more. I was just very disappointed in the service provided this time around although I had never had problems in the past this is my best friend we are talking about here, and I am going to find someone that cares about him like I do.

I have referred everyone I know to Dr. Beach. I absolutely love this place. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The location is convenient to East End, and not far from Little Rock. They always give me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Their prices are usually very fair, but sometimes higher than expected. The level of care you get for the price is very good. The staff is always nice and helpful.
