The establishment is poorly kept and the staff is mostly unhelpful. Took my two cats in for declawing and then for annual physical (twice they were mean to my cats and dismissive of me) due to recommendations of others but found NWVH to be undesirable. They are cheap because they are substandard in treatment, facility and staff.
