Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Cat and Cow Vet is awesome. Dr. Ann is an amazing vet. My dog has had routine annual shots as well as a grass seed "removed". They always talk me through any issues. When I first adopted my puppy he had heartworms unbeknownst to me. So my first round of shots/heartworm test sure was a surprise! Dr Ann took me aside and informed me and then we talked about options and her opinion thoroughly. She didn't appear to need to be anywhere but there with me. Every visit has been wonderful. Also their fees and costs are well within reason. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!!!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
