They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Horrible hospital, horrible doctors, horrible anesthesiologist, horrible nurses. They are dismissive of patient concerns and take zero time to tailor anything to anyone's needs. Worst medical experience of my life.
