Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
