Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The examining rooms at Cedar Animal Medical Center's office were immaculate. You could practically eat of the floor if you wanted to. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright.

The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. They've never left me waiting. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in, and my pet mattered.
