They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They did not give the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. They charge to much and try to get you to buy expensive things you don't need. I did have the choice to refuse as one should. The technican was excellent that took care of us.
