My doctor an absolute expert in the field, highly recommend him.. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

However, the security of my checking account was compromised by another unrelated company and had to be changed a few days after writing them a check for about $36. (the check was written just a few days after the bill arrived). We immediately wrote a new check a few days later from our new account when we discovered that the first check was not paid. My wife and I both contacted them immediately when we received another bill to explain what happened, even the customer service staff at the bank communicated with them but ultimately a billing supervisor refused to waive the $25 fee. The second check the bank had mailed was not processed by Harford Primary billing, so a THIRD check was mailed and finally credited. We worked closely with our bank and with Harford Primary's billing staff to see what was happening, since we really wanted Harford Primary to be paid promptly. The billing staff was very understanding and helpful , it was a supervisor who was cold hearted (our opinion only) and did not help, not backing down on the $25 fee.. By the way, we have near perfect credit and have not had any fees for bad checks ever because we don't intentionally write a bad check. Harford Primary should not have punished us for something we had no control over. Other than this issue with billing, we have only praise for the physician and staff. We don't plan on using Harford Primary in the future as a result of this billing issue. Most would have been understanding after all we went thru when our checking account was compromised. We did all we could do to responsibly see that they be paid a $36 balance.
