This should show full 5 STARS... not sure why it isn't, but I personally say they earn the 5 STARS plus some!! I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for our well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are more concerned iwth the health and wellbeing of the pets then making money. Animals have ALWAYS been first. They have designated area for pets to go to the bathroom here, which is extremely convenient. I never have to worry about scouting out a place for my dog to go pee and It is so well kept too. I was glad that they were located in a safe enough neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was only allowed to stay with my pet for part of the appointment, which I really didn't like very much because it gives my pet anxiety to be in a room filled with strangers.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
