I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They don't rush you out or in a hurry to diagnose... Better yet, they are sure you understand what they are saying. They are open about fees and expenses before they care for your "kid(s)" as well. What a relief to know this clinic also provides emergency services. I never thought my boy would be an emergency patient but he was yesterday morning and I was confident in their work. In a very tramatic emotional state my boy and I were in, the on-call Vet was patient, understanding, thorough, kind, and listened more than talked...which was what we needed! I have 4 boys and 1 girl...who are treated the same at Animal House.
