Always. Not only do they send reminder cards, they also send adorable cards during the holidays

Dr Leonard and his staff are the best. Every time we had to take one of our little girls in Dr Leonard treats them as if they were his own kids. He is very kind hearted and loving to our two mini schnauzers Pepper and Sage. I have often wondered if you could vote for vetenarians. His soft and loving voice takes the animals attention off of what is going on around them. Dr Leonard takes the time to not only explain what is going on and how to fix the problem. Even though we moved over fifty miles away. We still use them for boarding. Because we know that our two little ones are in great hands with a loving staff.

Let me just say that this business is very easy to get to. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. They have come through for me more than once and I'm thankful for all that they do. The staff is very caring and loving. They make a big fuss over the pets, which I like. I got an appointment quickly. The wait once you get there is ridiculous, even with an empty waiting room, which is a turn off. I left this practice for awhile because of the scheduling disorganization. But, I missed the level of care my pets received and returned. Dr. Lori always makes it worth the wait. She is positively angelic. Her partner (I don't remember he name) is also very caring and knowledgable.
