I've been a patient of Dr.Neil Moore's for over 10 years. He's is very caring and takes the time to really listen to your concerns. He treated me for arthritis in both my knees. He did every thing he could to manage my pain. After shots didn't help, he sent me to an Orthopedic Surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Neil Moore to anyone.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and everyone who came in after me was called back first. They started trying to run blood work and tests before I even saw the doctor. When I stated I wanted to see the doctor first so all necessary and no unnecessary tests were run, the staff members became confrontational. They said let's go to a room and talk and then shut the door behind me and left. When the doctor came in and I tried to talk about the staff and my concerns over the testing he just changed the subject. He did not address any of the concerns I brought up. He then left and a nurse came in to check my vitals, I don't even know that the doctor saw them. The nurse was helpful and pleasant. I then waited 25 minutes to have my blood drawn. I was supposed to check out when I left but the 2 people at the desk were on the phone, one sounded like a personal call. I left without checking out and I will be requesting my lab results to go to another doctor when they come in.
