Dr. Terry is by far the best vet I have ever taken my pets to. I have used him since 2003. He is very thorough, takes his time, explains everything, answers all my questions and has reasonable fees. His office staff is excellent as well. Bi would recommend him as a vet to anyone.

My husband and I are new to the Jonesboro area and my rat terrier became sick. I read reviews online and felt that Cato was the place to take my little guy. They were super friendly from the start. I explained his symptoms and he was diagnosed by the vet within minutes. Dr Doyle was very kind and definitely spent plenty of time with us. The cost of this visit was very reasonable, as was the medication that I left with. It's not yet been two hours since we left the office so I will know in a few days if the diagnosis and treatment was accurate, but I feel comfortable in their knowledge. Based on this visit, I'll definitely be returning for routine check ups and sicknesses with both of my dogs.

This veterinarian was so compassionate when my pet was sick. I can tell that they really cared about my pet's well-being and reassured me that things would be alright. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The examining rooms at Cato Pet Hospital's office were immaculate. There were no bad smells and everything seemed really sterile. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose.

They fully explained my pet's condition. When I left I knew exactly what my pet has and what treatments are available. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
