I think it a great medical building the staff is a very good group of very professional Ladys.
I was early they invited me in and made me a cup of coffee.
I Love the way the building is designed.
I lived in Philadelphia washington Dc& andSilver Spring Md .
We do not have a adult medical Center like this.
Great building , great staff of very professional people .
Great coffee.
Where my grits sasages 4 slices of toast and hazenut coffee.

the entire staff is friendly, caring and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed a visit that I usually get anxious about.

I had the same experience as another reviewer, they are not very polite and most sit in the back and talk about who know what in another language, they act as if you are bothering them and if you call you constantly get transferred, leave a message and no one call you back

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time?
Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I've been to the medical and the dental part and they both look at me up and down and than give me an attitude. I take care of my grandmother and this place is close by, so I go . I have insurance of my own, but for the staff , well they look at me like Im taking a free ride...I HAVE INSURANCE! I have to say that I was always taught to treat all people with respect, and this place does not, they are definitly racsit against me because I am white. They need to learn to treat people the same...black white, yellow, purple, old young, insured and uninsured...the same.
