There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their staff (a blonde woman working there is NOT friendly at all, very abrupt & rude on every visit made with her there, other members of staff a VERY nice) was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
