I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. dog grooming was awful
