My very sick dog died here. She was obviously not going to survive, but for some reason, Dr. Walton wanted to keep her. I specifically asked was euthanasia best, as I had an appt for in-home euthanasia scheduled for that evening. My dog died, alone, at the vet and without pain meds. I wasn't notified until 2 hours after her death. Upon notification, I was told that she was declining rapidly that morning and that she meant to call me but she got busy. How do you forget to call someone and tell them this? Why do you wait 2 hours to call after the fact? I will never trust this office with another pet. Not to mention, the abrasiveness of the reception staff is horrendous. Yes, it was cheap, but I would've paid a lot more for honesty and some common kindness.
