The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
