Dr. Wong And Dr. Pieper are awesome. They have been taking care of my dogs since 1992. My dogs actually have no fear of going to the vet.

I have never taken my pets anywhere else, however I do not like having to sit by my phone and call every 5-10 minutes to get an appointment, sometimes it goes on for an hour or more. If it had been an been an emergency I would not have been helped. Great vets and care despite this.

Sort of, I felt like they could be cleaner.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. I had been referred to this hospital by more than 1 person. I called to make an appt for my sick dog ( my regular vet can't seem to correct his allergy issues), I explained the issue to the girl on the phone and was rudely told "we don't accept new patients" !!!!!! seriously? How can any vet turn away a paying pet owner whose dog needs help?? DISGUSTING
