He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Excellent customer service. They go out of their way to service their customers. The owner even helped my mother out to the car (she uses a walker). And he never made us feel rushed, even though we were there 30 minutes past closing on a Saturday.
