We love the Veterinary doctor and her nursing assistants., One of the desk staff got a little rude with me when I was asking about pet insurance. Was not happy about that. They do not seem to want to submit anything to insurance company on your behalf.

Thought about changing Vets but we are comfortable with the doctor and the way she cares about our dog.
