I took my kitten here for her vaccinations and because she sneezes and coughs a lot. I told him this and he said he couldn't hear and rattling in her chest and that was the end of it. He didn't check her any more and pretty much said she's fine. She is still coughing, to the point where it sounds like she can't breathe due to whatever is causing her congestion and last night she started throwing up. I am taking her to a different vet this week. He wasn't very friendly and seemed like he was in a rush to have us leave. Also, he went umm a lot which made me feel like he wasn't very competent. I will never take my animals there ever again!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, I didn't notice an odor

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
