Yes, they were spotless

Absolutely, they are always in stock and even offer flea medication by the month

They were incredible. They consoled me and even gave me a hug.

Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I have heard horror stories of people's pets being misdiagnosed by their veterinarians, but that is not something you have to worry about here. I have never had a bad experience and I have complete faith in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
